How long does a typical engagement last?

Do you work on a retainer or project basis?
Both. We offer fixed-fee project engagements, ongoing advisory retainers, and hybrid arrangements. We tailor the commercial structure to match your operational needs and the nature of the work being done.
Do I need a product or offer ready before we start?
No. Part of our process is identifying what your audience or market is already asking for and building the right offer around that insight. We start from your context, not a template.
Will this feel inauthentic to my audience or stakeholders?
No. We build systems and strategies that match your voice, values, and brand. The work we do in the background only strengthens what you present externally — it never undermines it.
How involved do I need to be during the engagement?
Your role is to stay focused on your core business and leadership priorities. We handle the operational and strategic build-out, keep you informed with weekly updates, and only pull you in for key decisions and approvals.

What if I already have an existing strategy or offer in place?
We work with what you have. If your existing strategy is strong, we build on it. If it needs refinement, we'll tell you honestly and propose what needs to change before moving forward.
What happens after the engagement ends?
We don't disappear. Clients have the option to continue with an advisory retainer, and we remain available for follow-on engagements as new priorities emerge. Many of our best relationships started as a single project.
